ThoroughbredAuctions.com Announces Spring Mixed Sale

ThoroughbredAuctions.com will host the Spring Mixed Sale, an internet auction for Thoroughbreds. This is an all online auction where consignors can sell on a compressed schedule without the need to ship horses to a traditional sale. Buyers can shop from anywhere saving the cost and risk of travel to a crowded venue. Consignors' horses stay at home or at the track during the process eliminating shipping, sale costs and exposure to the COVID-19.

“Ready or not, the way you sell and buy is changing”, said Tim Jennings of ThoroughbredAuctions.com LLC. “Sales moved to the internet in the show horse industry following the 2008 recession. The Thoroughbred industry has lagged behind until now.”

Bidding will be open for the Spring Mixed Sale from May 20 through May 27. Entry fee discounts are available for large consignments and for early entry before Apr. 20. No RNA commission is charged.
